Online Application for a Niche or Vault
This section of the Columbarium website is designed to help you prepare and submit an
application for a Certificate of Right of Inurnment in the Columbarium of St. James' Church.
The Rules of the St. James Church Columbarium specify that the Vestry has sole discretion as
to the handling of all applications for a Certificate of Right of Inurnment. As part of this
application, you will be asked to provide information about yourself as the owner of the
niche, and about the person and or persons you are designating for inurnment, and you will be
given the opportunity to submit a request for a preferred location within the Columbarium for
your niche or niches.
